RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thabex herewith announces that all ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the annual general meeting held on 27 July 2005 were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders, including the ordinary resolution relating to the
authority, subject to the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, given to
directors to issue ordinary shares for cash. The special resolutions, being
authorisations to the Company and its subsidiaries to repurchase Thabex shares,
will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration in due course.
