information is disclosed:
With effect from 1 August 2005:
- Mr Frank Kilbourn has been appointed as a non-executive director of RAH to
replace Mr Dave Behrens who has resigned;
- Mr Danie Vlok who served as an executive director of RAH will become a non-
executive director; and
- Mr Pierre du Plessis will become the chief executive officer.
