APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
Mvelaphanda Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Khanyi Ntsaluba
as Executive Director, Finance, with effect from 1 August 2005.
Khanyi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and gained extensive
experience in a number of leading South African corporations. These included
Standard Bank, Johnnic and most recently the Industrial Development Corporation
of South Africa (IDC), where she served as Senior Accounts Manager of the Media
and Motion Pictures Strategic Business Unit.
`We have been actively seeking someone of Khanyi`s calibre for sometime and are
delighted that she has accepted the position` said Pine Pienaar, Chief Executive
Officer. `The skills and experience reflected in the newly bolstered Mvelaphanda
