RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Mvelaphanda
Resources announces that Nthobi Angel has resigned as non-executive director
effective 2 August 2005.
Mrs. Angel has recently assumed a senior position at Eskom and due to time
constraints and in order to avoid possible conflicts, has tendered her
resignation.
The board of Mvelaphanda Resources would like to thank Mrs Angel for her past
contribution to the company and wish her well in her new role.
