Super Group will post its audited annual financial statements for the financial
year ended 31 March 2005 to shareholders on or about 11 August 2005. Super Group
will not be publishing an abridged report at this date as the audited financial
information published on 30 May 2005 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of Super
Group Limited in respect of the year ended 31 March 2005 will be held at the
registered offices of the company, 27 Impala Road, Chislehurston, Sandton, on
Friday 2 September 2005 at 09h00.
