SETTLEMENT OF THE LITIGATION ARISING FROM THE LIQUIDATION OF CNA
Shareholders are hereby notified that with regard to the litigation arising from
the liquidation of Consolidated News Agencies (Pty) Limited (`CNA`), the company
has concluded a settlement agreement with CNA and the liquidators, following
which neither party will have any further claim of any nature whatsoever against
the other. In terms of the settlement agreement Wooltru will make a once-off
payment of R14 million to CNA in full and final settlement of all claims arising
from the winding up of CNA.
