Withdrawal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to an announcement dated 24 February 2004 relating to:
- the proposed acquisition by Square One of the business of Utho Technologies
(Pty) Limited (`Utho`) (`the acquisition`); and
- the proposed sale by GAC Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited, The James Trust
and The Jartay Trust, represented by Garth Alan Coetser and William Trevor
James, directors of Square One, of 9 361 901 Square One shares to CCG 182
Investments (Pty) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Utho (`the share sale`).
Shareholders are advised that the parties to the acquisition and the share sale
have dissolved the agreements giving effect to the aforementioned, and therefore
shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s shares.
