Further cautionary announcement
Distell shareholders are advised that discussions, as referred to in the
announcements released on SENS on 4 April, 16 May and 27 June 2005, are still
underway which, if successful may have an effect on the market price at which
Distell`s shares trade on the JSE Limited.
Shareholders of the company are accordingly advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in their Distell shares until a detailed announcement is
made.
