PROVISIONAL RESULTS AND LIFTING OF SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The Directors of ZCI refer to the reviewed provisional results for the period
ended 31 December 2004, which were released on the JSE Limited (`JSE`) on
Wednesday 3 August 2005.
Application was made to the JSE at the time of the release for the suspension
over ZCI`s shares to be lifted. The JSE has ruled that the lifting of the
suspension, (and consequently the lifting of the equivalent suspension on the
Paris Bourse), will only be considered once the Company`s full annual financial
statements including the notes thereto are published.
It is expected that the audit of the financial statements will be completed
within this week and that printing and posting of the glossies will be completed
by the end of next week.
