Resignation of director
In terms of rule 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Listings Requirements, it is with
regret that we announce that the Board of Directors of Bearing Man Limited has
accepted the resignation of Mr Greg Till as a director of the company. Mr Till
has asked to be released from his position due to his recovery from illness
taking somewhat longer than anticipated, and his desire to take things easier.
Greg Till was the founder and driving force of Bearing Man, but his foresight
ensured that a substantial management team had been built up under Dr Louis
Marais, which has been ably managing the business for the past 3 years during
Greg Till`s illness.
We are grateful for his contribution over the past 30 years and wish him a
speedy and full recovery.
