CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Section 3.59(a)(b) and (c) of the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of
directors of Bryant and company secretary:
On 1 August 2005 the following changes took effect:
Mr DJ White resigned as director and company secretary to Bryant.
Mr JD van der Burgh resigned as director of Bryant.
Prof JB Smith, Dr Namane Magau and Mr JD Abrahams were appointed as directors of
Bryant.
Maxibrokers Limited (Registration Number 1987/006240/06) were appointed as
company secretary to Bryant.
