shareholders.  Since this unbundling, Johnnic has had no interest in Johncom,   
whether directly or indirectly.                                                 
Accordingly the current corporate action in relation to Johnnic and Hoskens     
Consolidated Investments Limited (`HCI`) has no effect or impact on Johncom     
whatsoever.
