JSE - TOURVEST TRADING STATEMENTS

The JSE wishes to advise that it has conducted an investigation into the
circumstances surrounding the trading statements released by Tourism Investment
Corporation Limited (`Tourvest` or `the company`) on SENS on Thursday 11 August
and Friday 12 August 2005.
Tourvest has explained that the erroneous trading statement published on 11
August was due to an oversight and that they notified the JSE immediately the
error was identified. This resulted in the JSE halting trading in the company`s
securities until the release of an amended trading statement.
The JSE is satisfied that Tourvest did not deliberately contravene the JSE`s
Listings Requirements. In deciding not to take any further action against the
company on this occasion, the JSE also took into account the fact that investors
who suffered losses due to trading on the incorrect information were given the
opportunity of being compensated by Tourvest.
