CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIP
In terms of section 3, paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Ambit
Properties Limited wishes to advise shareholders that following a board meeting
held on 17 August 2005, Mr NP Mageza has resigned as a non-executive director.
As a result, Mr F Meisenholl who was appointed as alternate director to Mr NP
Mageza has also resigned. Mr RR Emslie has been appoint as non-executive
director and Mr RD Jeffrey has been appointed as alternate director.
