PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO. 52
Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 52 of 5,5 cents per share in
respect of the 11 cent dividend cumulative preference shares has been declared
in respect of the period 1 January 2004 to 30 June 2004, payable to all
preference shareholders recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the
close of business on Friday, 25 June 2004. The dividend, payable in South
African currency, will be paid on Monday, 28 June 2004.
