In terms of paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notice is hereby given that I W M Isdale, the Company Secretary of Tiger Brands
Ltd and a director of Tiger Food Brands Ltd, a major subsidiary of Tiger Brands
Limited, has exercised 20 300 options and disposed of 20 300 ordinary shares in
Tiger Brands Limited, being shares that were beneficially held by I W M Isdale.

notice is hereby given that M H Franklin, an executive director of Tiger Brands,
has disposed of 63 200 ordinary shares in Tiger Brands Limited, being shares
that were beneficially held by M H Franklin.
