Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on 12 May
2005 regarding the proposed renounceable rights offer (`the rights offer`).
Shareholders are advised that the Company is at an advanced stage of finalising
the terms of the rights offer.
The successful completion of the rights offer may have a material effect on the
price at which the Company`s shares trade on the JSE Limited. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s
shares until a further announcement is made in this regard.
