Cautionary announcement
Shareholders and debenture holders are advised that, subject to the fulfillment
of a number of suspensive conditions, agreement in principle has been reached
regarding a debt financing and management and board restructure for JCI.
Should the terms of the abovementioned restructure become unconditional, it may
have a material effect on the price at which JCI shares and debentures will
trade, once suspension has been lifted.
Shareholders and debenture holders are accordingly advised to exercise caution
when dealing OTC (Over the Counter) in their JCI shares and debentures until
such time as a further detailed announcement in this regard is made.
