RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Johnnic`s cautionary announcement published on the
JSE Limited`s Securities Exchange News Service on 30 June 2005, in which they
were advised that Johnnic had entered into negotiations with Nafcoc Investment
Holding Company Limited, with regard to their respective interests in Tsogo
Investment Holding Company (Proprietary) Limited. If such negotiations are
successfully concluded, they may have a material effect on the share price of
Johnnic. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in Johnnic shares until a further announcement is made.
