shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders today, 24 August 2005 and contain no modifications
to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 24 June 2004.

Notice is hereby given that the eleventh annual general meeting of RAH
shareholders will be held at Aberdeen House, Peter Place Park, 54 Peter Place,
Bryanston, 2021 on Thursday, 15 September 2005 at 09:00 to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual
financial statements.
