In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, HAHL
announces the resignation of Dr Renosi Mokate as an independent non-executive
director, effective 1 August 2005.
The board of HAHL would like to thank Dr Mokate for her past contribution to the
company over the last 9 years and wish her well in her appointment as Deputy
Governor of the SA Reserve Bank.
