TRADING STATEMENT
This trading statement is issued in compliance with the Listings Requirements
(section 3.4(b)) of the JSE Limited.
The directors are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that
there will be between a 230% and 250% improvement in the financial results,
being earnings and headline earnings per share, for the six months ended 30 June
2005, compared with the loss and headline loss per share for the previous
corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The results for the six months ended 30 June 2005 are expected to be published
on or about 6 September 2005.
