FINAL DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
The Board of Aquarius Platinum has declared a final dividend for the year ended
30 June 2005 of 5 US cents per share.
The dividend timetable is as follows:-
Last day to trade `cum div`
SA - Friday 9 September 2005
`Ex div` date
SA - Monday 12 September 2005
Dividend record date
Friday 16 September 2005 (close of business)
Dividend payment date
Friday 7 October 2005
The South African branch register will be closed for the purposes of
dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers to and from the South African
register to the UK and Australian registers from Monday 12 September 2005 to
Friday 16 September 2005, both dates inclusive.
The dividend will be paid :-
In Rand to shareholders on the SA branch register calculated at the Rand to US
dollar exchange rate at the close of business on Thursday 1 September 2005 and
announced on SENS on Friday 2 September 2005.
