Grant/Cancellation of Unlisted Options
Aquarius Platinum Limited wishes to advise that the Company has granted 78,965
unlisted options pursuant to the Company`s Option Plan to senior staff.
The Options are subject to the following terms:
Exercise Price: GBP3.32
One third vest 24 months after date of grant - 2 August 2007
One third vest 36 months after date of grant - 2 August 2008
One third vest 48 months after date of grant - 2 August 2009
The Options will expire after 7 years.
We also advise that 16,189 unlisted Options as part of the Company`s Option Plan
were cancelled.
The total number of Unlisted Options is 3,857,402.
