NOTICE OF DEBENTURE INTEREST PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given by the Board that an interest payment in respect of the
849 465 floating rate partially subordinated unsecured redeemable convertible
debentures (`debentures`) for the period from 22 March 2005 to but excluding 19
September 2005 (Ref. 02/05) of 6214.50 cents per debenture, will be payable to
debenture holders recorded as such in the books of the company on the record
date.
The last day to trade in the debentures for purposes of entitlement to the
interest payment will be Friday, 9 September 2005. The debentures will commence
trading ex the interest payment on Monday, 12 September 2005 and the record date
will be Friday, 16 September 2005. The interest will be paid on Monday, 19
September 2005.
Debenture certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 12 September 2005 and Friday, 19 September 2005, both days inclusive.
