RESULTS OF THE OFFER TO IMR SHAREHOLDERS                                        
IMR shareholders are referred to the circular dated 2 August 2005, containing   
details of the offer to IMR shareholders by a consortium comprising Paul        
Diamond, Jason Druian, Stanley Shane and their associates, to acquire all of the
ordinary shares in IMR that they do not already own, for a purchase             
consideration of 9 cents per share.                                             
The offer closed on Friday, 26 August 2005 and was accepted in respect of 69 949
shares.
