APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND IFRS CONVERSION
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Jasco herewith announces the appointment of Ms Emma Mashilwane CA(SA) as the
group`s Company Secretary, with effect from 1 September 2005. Ms Mashilwane will
assume this role from the group`s COO, Martin Lotz.
The company is currently implementing International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS) and expects its interim results for the six months to 31 August
2005 to be announced around the end of October or beginning of November 2005.
