DIRECTORATE CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF MATODZI
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the following changes are disclosed with effect from close of business on 24
August 2005:
Resignations
Messrs R B Kebble, in his capacity as Non-Executive Director and Khangale
Makhado, in his capacity as Executive Director. Messrs HC Buitendag in his
capacity as Executive Director retires on the same date.
Appointments
Mr Peter Henry Gray be appointed as a non-executive director and Mr John Chris
Lamprecht appointed as his alternate.
