RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, in line with international trends towards lower
board representation of executive directors, the board of directors of Peermont
Global (`the board`) has reduced the number of executive directors on the board.
Accordingly, Johannes Eksteen Forrer and Kathleen Houston have resigned from the
board with effect from 31 August 2005. Both, Johannes Eksteen Forrer and
Kathleen Houston, will continue to serve in their respective leadership roles
within Peermont Global.
