RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Datatec, held at 12:00
on Tuesday 6 September 2005, the requisite majority of shareholders approved
placing the authorised but unissued shares under the control of the directors up
to a maximum number of shares equal to 5% of the issued share capital of the
Company from time to time. Shareholders also granted authority to the directors
and company secretary to sign all documents required to give effect to this
resolution.
