SUSPENSION OF LISTING
CORWIL INVESTMENTS LIMITED (`CORWIL`)
(ALPHA CODE: CRW ISIN: ZAE000001806)
The JSE Limited (`JSE`) wishes to refer to the announcement dated 19 July 2005
in which it was advised that the audit opinion on Corwil`s annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2005 has been qualified and disclaimed
and that a meeting of the JSE would be convened to consider the continued
listing or suspension and possible termination of Corwil`s listing.
In view of the continuing disclaimed audit opinion and the uncertainty regarding
the company`s financial position, it has been decided that the company`s listing
will be suspended with effect from the commencement of business on Thursday, 8
September 2005.
