RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In a cautionary announcement published on 28 July 2005, shareholders were
advised that a stage has been reached where significant transactions, subject to
shareholders` approval, are imminent. A full announcement on the restructuring
initiatives is expected to be made before the end of September, and shareholders
