Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 22 July 2005, the disposal
announcement dated 4 July 2005 and the 2005 annual report of the Company,
wherein it was disclosed that the results of the Company included a substantial
provision against a liability which is under dispute, shareholders are advised
that the Company is still in negotiations and is presently not in a position to
determine if, when and upon what basis, the dispute will be settled and/or to
determine the actual amount of any potential liability that may arise therefrom.
The Company therefore advises shareholders to continue exercising caution when
trading in the Company`s shares. It is expected that the Company will be in a
position to publish an update dealing with this situation in October 2005.
