CORONATION FUND MANAGERS INCREASES STAFF OWNERSHIP TO 26%
Coronation Fund Managers Limited (`Coronation`) advises shareholders that
Coronation Investments and Trading Limited (`CIT`) has sold a further 5% of
Coronation`s equity to staff.
Nineteen million shares have been purchased at R4.05 per share and will vest in
three equal tranches on 1 February 2007, 1 February 2008 and 1 February 2009.
Of the total 142 staff complement, 103 staff (73%) elected to participate in the
transaction resulting in an effective 26% shareholding by staff in the business
of Coronation.
