Board Changes
The Board of ADvTECH Limited, the education, recruitment and human resources
group, announces that Mr Hugh Brown, chairman of the Board, has resigned as
chairman and director, effective 15 Sept 2005, following four successful years
of leadership.
The Group also announces that Mr Motty Sacks, an existing independent non-
executive director of ADvTECH and non-executive chairman of Netcare, has been
appointed as Chairman. Mr Sacks has been a member of the ADvTECH board since
2001. He has enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a director of several
companies and institutions.
ADvTECH thanks Mr Brown for his decisive strategic and operational contribution
over the past years, a period during which the fortunes of the Group have been
placed on a very sound basis for growth and success.
