DISPOSAL OF DIVERSIFIED PROPERTIES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED (`DIVERSIFIED
PROPERTIES`) AND CAPITAL PROPERTY FUND UNITS (`CAPITAL`)(`THE DISPOSALS`)
Resilient linked unitholders are advised that a circular has been posted today
regarding the disposals.
A general meeting of Resilient linked unitholders will be held on Monday, 3
October 2005 at 11h00 in order that requisite approvals for the disposals be
obtained from Resilient linked unitholders. The general meeting of Resilient
linked unitholders will be held at Resilient`s new premises, 66 Park Lane,
Sandton, Johannesburg.
Copies of the aforementioned circular may be obtained during normal business
hours from today at the company`s existing premises, 57 6th Road, Hyde Park and
from the company`s new premises, being 66 Park Lane, Sandton, from 23 September,
2005.
