CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
Board of Paramount wish to advise that Messrs NP Mageza and F Meisenholl have
resigned as non-executive directors of Paramount with immediate effect.
Linked unit holders are further advised that Messrs RR Emslie and RD Jeffery
(previously an alternate director) have been appointed as non-executive
directors with immediate effect.
