Shareholders of Harmony are advised that the Company`s annual financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2005 will be posted to shareholders
on 19 September 2005 and contain no modifications to the audited results
which were published on 8 August 2005. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited
the results and the annual financial statements of Harmony and their report
is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Harmony will be held
on Friday,4 November 2005 at 10:00 (SA time) at Harmony`s Corporate Offices,
Randfontein Office Park, corner Main Reef Road and Ward Avenue, Randfontein to
transact business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting, which were
issued together with the annual reports containing the annual financial
statements of Harmony for the year ended 30 June 2005.
