ODD-LOT OFFER
Shareholders are referred to previous announcements relating to an odd-lot offer
by the company.
All special and ordinary resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting of
the company, dated 31 August 2005, which are required to give effect to the odd-
lot offer were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders at a general
meeting of the company held on 22 September 2005. The special resolutions will
be lodged in due course with the Registrar of Companies for registration. The
condition precedent to which the odd-lot offer was subject will be fulfilled
upon registration of such special resolutions. Dates and times for the odd-lot
offer remain the same as previously announced.
