DECLARATION OF THE FINAL DISTRIBUTION FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 2005 -
ORDINARY DIVIDEND NO. 33
The Board of Directors has resolved to declare a final dividend of 25 cents per
share to all ordinary shareholders. The dividend is declared out of estimated
consolidated current year profits before tax of R30,084m.
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE, the following dates are
applicable:
Last day to trade cum the dividend Friday, 14 October 2005
Date trading commences ex the dividend Monday, 17 October 2005
Record date Friday, 21 October 2005
Date of payment Monday, 24 October 2005
Certificated shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their share
certificates between Monday, 17 October 2005 and Friday, 21 October 2005, both
dates inclusive.
The final distribution has not been audited.
Results
The audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2005 are
expected to be distributed and published on SENS on Friday, 30 September 2005.
