RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Rob Radford has resigned from the KAP Board with effect from 22 September 2005
and will be leaving the employ of the group at the end of November 2005. The
KAP Board is satisfied that there is adequate management succession and would
like to thank Rob for his contribution to both the KAP Board and the group and
wish him well in his future endeavours.
