NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The Company will post its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2005 to
shareholders on 26 September 2005. The annual report contains no modifications
to the audited results which were published on the Securities Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited (SENS) on 5 September 2005, and accordingly the
Company is not publishing an abridged report. The annual financial statements
were audited by KPMG Inc. Their report is available for inspection at the
Company`s registered office, Consol House, Osborn Road, Wadeville.
Notice is hereby given that the Company`s annual general meeting will be held at
Consol House, Osborn Road, Wadeville on Tuesday, 18 October 2005 at 08:30 to
transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
circulated together with the annual report.
