Posting of Comair`s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Comair`s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2005, published
on 7 September 2005, the annual report was posted on Tuesday, 27 September 2005.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Comair will be held at 12:00 on
Friday, 28 October 2005 at the Premier Conference Centre, Retail Level, Domestic
Terminal, Johannesburg International Airport, to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
