TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the group earnings per share and headline earnings
per share for the year ended 30 June 2005 are expected to be between 130% and
150% higher and 200% and 220% higher respectively than the comparative results
for the previous financial period.
The results for the year ended 30 June 2005, which have not been reviewed,
audited, or reported on by JDH auditors, are currently being finalised and are
expected to be published on 30 September 2005.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in JDH
shares until the results are published.
