TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will be more than 20%
different than that of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the earnings per share for the year ended 30 June
2005 will be between 30%-32% higher than that of the prior restated comparative
period.
Headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 June 2005 will be between 9-
11% lower than that of the prior restated comparative period.
The above information has been based on the company`s audited results for the
financial year ended 30 June 2005 which are expected to be published on or about
30 September 2005.
