Notice is hereby given that the 2005 annual general meeting of VenFin
shareholders will be held in the Conservatory, House of JC Le Roux, Devon Valley
Road, Stellenbosch on 26 October 2005 at 15:30 to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
