CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nampak Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Jacobs as Chief
Financial Officer with effect from 1 October 2005. Tim is currently the Group
Financial Manager and has held the position of Acting Chief Financial Officer
since June 2005.
The Board wishes Tim success in his new role.
RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
After 17 years with the group, Brian Connellan resigned as a non-executive
director of Nampak Limited with immediate effect at the Board meeting today.
The Board would like to thank Brian for his valuable contribution to Nampak,
having served as chairman for 11 years until his retirement in 2001.
