NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The Company will post its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2005 to
shareholders on 30 September 2005. The annual report contains no modifications
to the audited results which were published on the Securities Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited on 30 August 2005, and accordingly the company is not
publishing an abridged report. The annual financial statements were audited by
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Their report is available for inspection at the
Company"s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the Company"s annual general meeting will be held in
the Boardroom (DTSG25) of the Company at Block B, Samrand Offices, 47 Landmarks
Avenue, Kosmosdal, Samrand, Centurion on Wednesday, 9 November 2005 at 15:00 to
transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
circulated together with the annual report.
