Listings Requirements, and further to the announcements released on SENS
on 16 August and 29 September respectively, shareholders are advised of
the following change to the board of directors of Bryant:
Dr Namane Magau who was appointed as a non-executive director on 1
August 2005 has now been appointed as executive chairperson of Bryant
with effect from 1 September 2005.
