CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors hereby advises in compliance with Rule 3.59(b) of the JSE
Listing Requirements, that Mr John Storey has resigned as Group Managing
Director of m Cubed and its subsidiary companies with effect from 30 September
2005. The Board does not intend replacing Mr Storey in view of the fact that
the majority of m Cubed"s operating businesses have been disposed of subject to
securing shareholder and remaining regulatory approvals. A circular dealing with
these disposals has been prepared and will be posted on receipt of final
regulatory approvals.
